Returns and Refunds Policy

At EaziPeazi, we strive to offer our customers the best products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can make use of our returns and refunds policy.

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. The return period starts on the day you receive the product.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • The product is unused and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging, if possible
  • The product is complete (including accessories and manuals)
  • The product is not excluded from return (see point 6)

If the product is damaged or shows clear signs of use, we may apply a reduction in value.

3. How to Request a Return?

Contact us at info@eazipeazi.com and provide your name, order number, reason for return (optional), and photos of the product if it is damaged. After your request, you will receive instructions on the return process and the return address. Therefore, do not return anything before you have received our instructions.

4. Refund

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. This will be done within 14 days using the same payment method as your order.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we will cover the return costs.

6. Exceptions

  • Custom-made products
  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if opened or used)
  • Products damaged by improper use

7. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us within 48 hours at info@eazipeazi.com and include clear photos. We offer a replacement or a full refund.

8. Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it free of charge and you will receive a full refund. If it has already been shipped, this falls under the returns policy.
