Orders

An order is binding once you have received a confirmation by email. EaziPeazi may refuse or cancel an order if necessary, for example in the case of a pricing error or if a product is no longer available. You will then receive your money back.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Delivery

The expected delivery time is 5 to 14 working days. More information can be found in our shipping policy.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. The conditions are set out in our returns policy.

Legal guarantee

Our products come with the statutory 2-year guarantee. If a product is defective or does not match your order, please contact us at info@eazipeazi.com.

Liability

EaziPeazi is not liable for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products, to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain in force.

Applicable law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
