Shipping and Delivery Policy

At EaziPeazi, we do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you will find all the information about shipping and delivery.

1. Where do we deliver?

We deliver in Belgium, the Netherlands, and all other countries in the European Union.

2. Processing time

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of your payment. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

3. Delivery time

The expected delivery time is 5 to 14 business days after your order, for the entire EU. Our products are shipped by our suppliers, often from outside Europe. Delivery times are an indication and may vary due to carrier congestion, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

4. Shipping costs

Belgium and the Netherlands: free shipping from €30. Below €30, you pay €4.95.
Other EU countries: free shipping from €40. Below €40, you pay €6.95.

You will see the shipping costs clearly at checkout, before you pay.

5. Customs and VAT

All prices include VAT. We strive to ensure that you do not pay any extra costs upon delivery.

6. Track & Trace

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email. You can use this to follow the status of your package.

7. Incorrect address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may be charged for a new shipment.

8. Not home at delivery

If you are not home, the carrier may deliver the package to your neighbors or to a pickup point, or make a new delivery attempt. This depends on the carrier and your region.

9. Damaged or lost packages

Did you receive a damaged or incorrect product? Contact us within 48 hours via info@eazipeazi.com and send photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

If your package has not arrived after 20 business days, please contact us. We will then start an investigation with the carrier.
