Digital luggage scale

Your suitcase weighs 23.4 kilos and you are only allowed to take 23 kilos with you. You would rather discover that at home than at the check-in counter, with a queue of people behind you and your suitcase open on the floor.

You hook this digital luggage scale onto the handle of your suitcase. You lift it up briefly and the weight appears on the screen. Take out one sweater, weigh it again, done. No surcharges and no repacking in the departure hall.

What you get

• Digital LCD screen
• Hook or long strap, depending on the version you choose
• Battery operated
• Small enough for the side pocket of your suitcase

Good to know

The maximum weight varies by airline and fare, so check that for your flight. This scale only tells you how much your suitcase weighs. What you take out is up to you.
