2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to every visit to our website and to all offers, orders and agreements concluded through EaziPeazi. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. Product Information

We do our best to describe and display all products as clearly as possible. Colors or details may vary due to your screen settings.

4. Prices

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. The price applicable at the time of your order is the price you pay. Subsequent price changes do not apply to confirmed orders.

5. Orders

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by email. The agreement is concluded once we confirm your order. EaziPeazi may refuse or cancel an order if necessary, for example in the event of a pricing error or if a product is no longer available. In such cases, you will receive a refund.

6. Payment

Payments must be paid in full before the order is shipped. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We generally process orders within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 5 to 14 business days throughout the European Union. More information can be found in our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after receipt without providing a reason. Return costs are generally borne by the customer. More information can be found in our Refund Policy.

9. Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method. If the product is damaged or used, a reduction in value may be applied.

10. Statutory Warranty and Complaints

Our products are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty. Is a product defective or not in accordance with your order? Please contact us at info@eazipeazi.com. We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

11. Liability

EaziPeazi is not liable for damage caused by improper use of a product. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order, unless otherwise provided by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain applicable.

12. Force Majeure

EaziPeazi is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure, such as carrier delays, strikes, natural disasters, internet or payment system failures, and government measures.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (such as text, images, logos, and designs) is the property of EaziPeazi, unless otherwise stated. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use content without written permission.

16. Governing Law

Belgian law applies to all agreements. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you reside. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
